About Fire & Thermal Installations Ltd

Our company, FTI, is probably the most established and oldest fire protection company in Europe. We have an incredible history since 1989 installing passive fire protection systems in some of the most prestigious buildings in Europe. We are a committed passive fire protection contractor with Qualified NVQ Level 2 fire assessors and installers. We also have in-house tall building fire safety managers. We offer certified, expert, and highly skilled installations for all the products of the main fire protection manufacturers.  

Our company also has a very appealing project portfolio with the experience and knowledge gained from working in the UK, Germany, Spain, and Cyprus. 

FTI's founder, Phivos Andreas Petrou is a British Cypriot and author of the NVQ Level 2 Passive Fire Protection Qualification which he wrote for the CITB (UK's Construction awarding body). He became the first Fire Assessor in the UK and FTI became the first fully qualified Passive Fire Protection workforce in Europe.
